At Romwy Garden Machinery we decided to offer a new option to our customers in the form of a ‘try before you buy’ scheme in 2008.  This was very successful and we soon realised there was considerable demand for hire equipment of all sorts.

Before long we had branched out from general garden machinery to small plant and machinery hire.

We purchased our first digger in December 2008 and we have slowly built up our hire stock to the current level of over 150 machines.

Due to the success of the hire side of the Company we decided to separate the garden machinery and hire companies and Harrison Hire Limited was launched in January 2015 with our son Ben taking an active role in running and expanding the Company.

We have had an exceptionally successful 18 months, we pride ourselves that all machinery is thoroughly inspected, tested and maintained at the start of every hire.

In November 2016 we moved the ever increasing amount of hire equipment to new premises in Giles  Lane Industrial Estate.

We are a family run business and take pride in being punctual with deliveries and collections and being flexible to meet individual requirements.
